Hello everyone,
Let me start off by saying great site. Very informative. About me. I am 31 yrs and have just joined the Army.
An my job is light wheeled vehicle mechanic. This is my first job as a mechanic.
Have been and aerospace machinist for 10yrs. Currently stationed at Aberdeen Proving Grounds Maryland for school. I drive a 01' Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer. I found this site because I was doing a research on ball joints and this site popped up. My wife took it in the other day to get an aligment check and they told here it needed new ball joints and it was going to cost $780. Ya right,
do you see what the Army pays.. So when I get back home I am going to have the pleasure of doing ball joints. I do have the book for the Explorer but I think the pics and post on here will help me out alot. Thanks
