New guys with problems

Hey all just started here and I have some problems with my explorer. I noticed that my dfpe has burned out but i cant find a place that sells it. I am currently stationed overseas in italy. Also i have noticed that my explorer is bogging down. Could this be because of this broken part?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

great news just found out that napa will ship to fpo apo addresse. So if you ever need a egr sensor they will run you a pretty penney.
