I am new to the ford game so sorry if i ask to many dumb questions.

i picked up an 01 explorer 2dr 2wd rust free (beside on steps) has a couple issue but nothing that cant be fixed (such as gas cap light stays on door ajar light is on door locks dont look when push button have to manually push them nothing to much)

my plans are to straight axle it and put a tcase under it ( so this while be a question i ask some time i have done it before to a s10 blazer)

Welcome to this forum! Rustoleum makes a spray for painting rusted metal. It's a good idea to sand as much rust off as possible before you paint it.
