Hello all, I am mostly new to the Explorer world (currently due to the fact that I don't have one!) but not a stranger at all to the world of RBVs. I have a couple of Bronco II's but am thinking of building a Weekend warrior/camping rig and the extra size of the Ex is appealing. My basic plan from the get go is to find a rig from the early '90s and give it about 6", 35's, re-gear, chop the fenders up a bit and put some bumpers on it and a rack on top. From there, we'll have to see where it goes. This is kind of a project both my wife and I will be using so I am hoping it will have both of our personalities into it!
