Hi,
Just want to say thanks to you guys in advance; I have been here before but I have never posted a thread. I have owned my 98 explorer for 11 years. When I aquired it, It had 85k miles on it; now I’m at
270,777 miles. Its been the best vehicle I have ever owned, however now i need to do some repairs on the suspension and I just want to change up a couple of things, like get a lift kit for it and maybe give it a new paint job. I also have been experiencing a “parasitic power drain” for a while and cannot seem to be able to isolate it, any ideas? I also want to add an aftermarket bumper with a winch on it, and probably change up the rear bumper to match. In the future I would also like to swap the engine I want to upgrade to a 5.0L but dont really know if everything will hook back up or not.Any ways, its my hobby, i like to work on the thing.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
