'96 XLT 4 WD
Hi all. Just bought a 96 XLT 4WD 4 door, today. Just turned over 150k as i was driving off the lot. Other than getting a fresh oil change and replacing the headlight and fog light bulbs, it is running good. Just a few minor problems.... the passenger window will not operate(full power everyting) and the rear hatch lock tumbler is broken( it will lock from the key fob and from the inside power lock). If anyone has any ideas on how to fix these problems, please let me know. Thanks

welcome !!!

The problem with your window is it off track if so I just had this problem and all you need to do is to put epoxy on the brackets that hold the window make sure to use sand paper to scar the glass to maximize adhesion.

Hope this helps
have a great Easter

Does the motor run at all from any of the switches that could control it? It doesn't sound like a track problem, it sounded like you were trying to say that you have 'full power options' but your window won't work, unless I'm mistaken...

If you remove the rear hatch trim you can get to the tumbler. Does a key go in, does it turn and do nothing, or does it not turn at all?

welcome
