New kid on the block

Hi all! I’m new to the Explorer world! I recently left the Escape world after I totaled mine. I bought a 2017 Explorer Limited with 4WD in a pearly metallic white. I’m excited but nervous because it is a lot bigger than my Escape was! It’ll take me a bit to get used to the size and all the controls and functions!! Glad to be joining the forums!!

Welcome to the forum. We have a 08 Escape, a 99 Explorer Sport & a 00 Ranger, they are completely different driving/riding feel. The Escape handles/rides more like a car & the Explorer handles/rides more like my Ranger.

Definitely agree with that!! I felt comfortable in the Escape. I feel small in my Explorer, and I feel like I’m going to run into things!
