I have a 94 mazda with the ford 2.3 litter 5 speed and the idle is to high sometime it will be normal then it will just idle up high dose anyone know what could be

It sounds like the Idle Air Control Valve or the throttle body is sticking open. Just clean those two with some spray cleaner designed for them.
