Hey everybody...
New to the forum and wanted to share a pic of our Explorer and some My Ford Touch problems we've been having. In January we bought a 16 Sport and roughly 800 miles into ownership, the audio would get stuck at off and would not turn on unless we did several hard resets... Several weeks later, the problem happened again. The dealership didn't really know what it was and said it might be a software issue and have never seen any of the 16 explorers experience this. We were also experiencing other little problems with the car so thankfully they said we could return it and get a new one. Our new one now has about 1000 miles on it and guess what... We are now experiencing the exact same audio problems with this one too. I can't imagine what they're saying about other people not having the same problem is true as we've now had two and both have done it? Have any of you experienced this?
