Guess since this is the introduction area, I had better be on my best behavior and write something sweet.. Well here you go..
My name is Stephen and I'm from Columbus Ohio. I like to shoot guns, drink beer and I occasionally smoke expensive cigars (about 3 a week). I know, these are all bad habits but hell, you only live once!!
Although, I know the rules about purchasing a 1st year model. I took possession of my 2011 XLT 4x4 a week after some jackass hit me, head on, at a stop sign. Since getting in and out of a sports car was no longer an option. I decided on one of these. It had 60k miles on the odometer, and everything worked perfectly except for the Check Engine light. It doesn't seem to work cause it hasn't come on yet!! The receipts in the manual show all routine maintenance was up to date as well as a new fuel pump, new PTU, and an upgraded Borla exhaust.. Although it isn't an EchoBoost, this 3.5 NA engine has potential. Since this is a 4x4, and this is a small market of parts and availability for these vehicles. I have tried other groups but most discussions were about the Echo Sport and H & R lowering kits..
