New member needs advice

I have a 2017 Explorer and received the map update on a flash drive. Getting error code BGMAP ERR01. Called several numbers and no help so far. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't recall that specific error being mentioned before and I'm not familiar with it either. I did find this;
