okay, so im cheating, this is really post #3 for me. i've already responded to cam timing and P0171/0174 codes.
at any rate. hello everyone, my name's ian.
i dont really own an explorer, im sort of cheating. my father owns a 2002 sport trac and i drive it occasionally. im also the primary mechanic because when you're 16 you work cheap. its as simple as that and i think im getting screwed on that deal.

my friend james lurks this forum and also owns a '94 XLT which i've helped him wrench on a bit. im not sure if he's registered or not but i occasionally recieve links from him.: we did the fuel sender replacement in my garage, i did the first band adjustment, and i've been online to suggest a fix to a new problem. you know, a chum. 
what am i looking to get out of the forum? i dont really have anything set in specifics. you know, a good read here and there, to offer a suggestion, and maybe to save my butt when i cant figure something out.
i look forward to hearing from everybody!
