Hello gents, im a newbie here and getting ready to dive balls deep into my 01 sport. Im wanting to do a 2-3" suspension lift and rims and tires. Ive come up with a plan and was looking for pointers and advice from people who already have done similar things. I was going to go with a basic lift kit (2" torsion bars, 3" leaf helper and brackets) and using rancho shocks(for a 2-2.5" lift). Im going ro replace all front end bushings with a 10 pc kit. Not sure which tire size would be better 265/65/17 (30.6x10.43) or 255/70/17 (31.1x10.04). Also going with a chip or tuner if i have money left. Nit sure which one to use either, chip or programer..... thanks guys!

Thanks for joining, it's great to have you here

Really it all depends on what you want I'm running less lift than recommended for my tire size and have yet to make tire to finder contact, and trust me it's bin air born many times.
