Hi everyone, I own a '99 ranger that shimmys violently at 50-55 mph. I am not sure what would cause this, it has been sitting a few months because I had to replace the passenger side head.

It is possible you have a flat spot on one or more of the tires from sitting, I would get the tires checked & balanced. I had a bad vibration on my 2000 Ranger btwn 65-70 & had the tires balanced & the vibration is gone now.
