Well here it go's
We got our 99 Explorer in 2000 with a little over 12XXX on it.
Got a good deal on it cause it had no badges on it and it was a awd V6.
It has no tilt wheel or cruse control on it but it dose have the Explorer whine when it is hot out side
and because of this forum I now know how to get rid of it and for that I thank you.
