new member with tensioner problems

Can you help me with a tensioner problem on my 2000 Ford Explorer Sport? It it just fell off! Bought a new one at Auto Parts store, but was wondering if there is a torque spec on replacing it? Haynes Manual doesn't say much about the tensioner. Thanks to all and good to be here!

Drive Belt Tensioner Bolt 30 - 40 ft.lb

Tensioner replacement on 2000 Ford Explorer Sport

Thanks for the response. The belt is fine - the actual tensioner fell off. Replaced it with 30-40 ft lbs torque as recommended by aldive. Thanks for the assistance.
