Arial4Navy Hey Everyone just found this site and wanted to introduce myself. Name is Trashcancharlie or just plain trashy. Have a 97 explorer elite but all ford signs have been replaced with peterbuilt emblems and a billet grille.As soo as i learn about this site probably will post some pictures. Also have a question to ask. was replacing my spare and seem to have a backlash in the spare tire cable inside the housing. wont go up or down so i took the assembly off and going to try and fix it. does anyone know of a quick fix or do i have to replace the whole cable assy? Sure would appreciate any info on the situation. Tnx and I'm sure I am gonna love this site.

Well I got lucky had a neighbor who just happened to have one in his garage and swapped me out for my backlashed one
