Hello to all the folks here. I am a retired Development engineer and am looking forward to communicating with you regarding Ford Explorer problems and solutions. I have always enjoyed performing my own maintenance and repairs since owning my first automobile. My first car was a 1956 Ford Victoria with a 312 cubic inch, 3 two barrel carbs and Automatic. Wish I still had that one now. I also had a 1962 Galaxy 500 with the 406 cubic inch, 3 two barrel carbs and 4 speed. Wish I had that one now too. Currently I have a 2000 Explorer Sport 4X2, 4.0 liter and 5 speed. Lots tamer but a nice ride.
