No he wont be here until feb, but we are getting a hotel for the first weekend hes here for Monster jam! and I hope someone can, help me with it... yeah its under warrenty but, thats part of the problem they have no idea what they are doing! thanks for the reply

umm march 2007 is when I drove it off the lot New and found out 2 blocks later that my back door behind driver didnt work. Thats the start of the problems to come... took them a year to fix that! and the truck is always in the shop...I fought for a new one and they wont give it to me, I even sat at the owner of the ford shops desk and he was no help!

Well I agree that I should be taking it to someone else to be fixed... another ford. But a ford dealership is a ford dealership and it all has to do with ford! I wouldnt ever feel proud to work at any dealership... I cant wait for my divorce to go thru and he can take the truck... and I will never own another ford and go back to my pontiac's sorry to offend people but my heart just isnt in it! Welcome to this forum! You should contact the main branch of Ford, and file a complaint if they won't repair it correctly since it's under a warranty. The lemon law might apply too if you have receipts to document your visits to the dealership.

whats the lemon law? You should see the paper work that I have for that truck... like over 20 visits.. but I know some of the visits at the begining were not recorded like all of the times they had to fix the door before they finally ordered the parts and fixed it! for the past 2 weeks my cd player would stay on and I had to disconnect the battery just about everytime I shut off my truck and in -40 weather I was getting kinda b*tchy... but thank god thats fixed now
