2014 Explorer Limited
Good evening to all. I presently own two Explorers. A 1996 with 380,000 kms and a 2014 with 7,000 kms. Great vehicles. Unfortunately I struck the garage door post with the new one, damaging the drivers side rear view mirror. Does anyone have any experience in accessing the inner portion of the mirror. I need to glue some pieces back in.
Thanks

Welcome to the Forum John Coulthard.:wavey:
Are you looking to remove the cover? There is a thread on that but it doesn't go into any great detail. Only 1 post seems to address it.

You can also try going to www.fordparts.com and check out the mirror assembly.

It would also be very helpful if you added the model of your Explorer to your profile so it always show in the left margin.
Good luck.

Peter
