Hi everyone
My name is Larry. I have just joined. I live in Vernon BC here in Canada.
Maybe some have seen the Ford commercial where the guy has just bought a boat. His friend pipes up and says “now you need a truck to pull it with”. That’s me. Bought a 2005 Sport trac XLT with 114,000 kms on it. No history on the vehicle so don’t know what to expect.
Everything works ( even the tranny seems good). Keeping fingers crossed that everything keeps working. It tows the boat pretty good but sure doesn’t like hills!
Our primary ride is a new Subaru Outback full load. It’s 3.6l gets twice the fuel economy of the Ford (lol).
