this is my first time using this forum and I don’t know how to search for information about my back up camera problem. Would someone please help me with the proper procedure to introduce myself and explain my problem or find information

Welcome to the forum Steve. If you look at the top of the page under the Explorer forum banner/picture there are 2 bars, one black & one blue. On the blue bar second from the left it says search forums, click on that & type in what you are looking for, then scroll to the bottom & hit the search button. I tried it using "back up camera problem" & it came up with a bunch of posts about back up camera problems. I hope that helps you.

Welcome to this forum! The Google search bar is more accurate than the site's search bar so try using the same keywords with both search bars.

Thank you for explaining the procedure I have to use to search for information in forums. I appreciate your help and consideration.
