2014 ford explorer
hello everyone my name is juana alejandra, i have an issue with my 2014 ford explorer, i fixed one of them already but there is a new one. i replace the right windshield wiper handle because it would go off when it was off. the new issue is with the buttons on the left hand side of the steering wheel, i try to reset the oil life after changing the oil and the buttons wont work. i replaced the whole piece and it still wont work i dont know what to do now.

Welcome to this forum! Check the wiring harness inside the steering column. Use caution since there's an air bag. Disconnect the battery, and wait about 10 to 15 minutes before opening the steering column for the internal back up power supply to drain.

Welcome.
