I just bought a 1998 explorer sport. it is the 4.0 SOHC with the 4wd. i have had it a couple weeks and taken it on a road trip and its been awesome. i am a little concerned about today when driving it, it seemed to be shifting a little hard, and when i would come to a complete stop from above 40mph, i would feel a thud. also, when i speed up i hear not exactly a thudding, but close as i floor it. any ideas anyone?
