Ok its offical i bent one the driver side one on rocky mount loop at ure to with LBarr and Crew. SOOOOO... time for better ones.

Thinking about the trick round ones i saw online/magazine/somewhere made out of 1" tube. Whatever i do they need to be stronger than the 1/4" steel one i just bent somehow. LBarr i forgot to ask you what ones you were running before i left.

Also new bushings. Anyone got a good way to change these out? Need to change them.

And lastly. Front spring hanger. Seems i like to smack it alot on the trail. Since i am not going full width no run to move them. Any ideas on how to get them out of the way? i am gonna do my SOA this coming weekend and take a couple of leafs out to make it close to level slash crank the front up a little more. Anything for now since the front hopefully with come out soon..

Man you should sell a lot of those. You can custom make some coil spacers and sell it as a kit. I would buy one. (when I get the money)

might be a tab bit hard to make

i would really rethink that design. They have really bad unloading problems. not to mention when they do "open" theres no more weight on the springs, aka no more weight on the tire, and no weight = no traction.

top ones not bottom ones and they have a pin to to keep them together while on road. like a wristed link on a radius arm..plus no pivot.

you can make them by using ranger shackles and explorer shackles together...

my other post still applies nothing I said applies to the road it all applies to the trail.

so their just good for the rti?

Yea, they can get scary on the trail. Specially on downhill sections they have the tendancy to unload, and its not a gradual thing its usually a fully closed to fully open sorta thing. And as I said above, once they do unload while flexing there is no more weight on that corner so they have very little traction.
