OK, I have installed and add-a-leaf and WP shackles in the rear and a full torsion twist on the front with code D bars. I recently bought Monroe Reflex truck shocks and I'm a bit disappointed. One major problem I have is my rear shock length. With my truck on stands and my springs at max droop my rear shocks are about 4" too short fully extended. When the vehicle is off the jacks and standing on all fours, the shock is about 1.5" longer. So, this doesn't give me much articulation. I have tried looking for longer shocks, but I am not sure what to ask for. I could use some good sound advice on this. I don't want to break the shock and/or the mount. Is there such a thing as new shock mounts? I could also fabricate something or remount them somewhere else. I do 90% street driving so I don't want to spend mega cash. I am hoping to get the Trailmaster lift once all the bugs have been worked out maybe in the spring. As for now I have to stick with what I have. I can always get new rear shocks if that is the best way to go, that's not a problem. Any advice would be great.
