New Speaker Advice Needed

Hey guys,
I am looking to replace the front factory speakers in my 2000 4DR XLT. Im not really looking for anything spectacular, I listen to mostly rock, Im just sick of the the muffled sound im getting. I assume I have the Premium sound package (although im not really sure how to tell). I was wondering what you guys thought of these:

Crutchfield says the 4-way Pioneers will only fit the rear doors, but I dont see why.

As long as the depth is fine, then you should be good to go! Since you're looking at mainstream brands I'd suggest dropping by your local circuit city/best buy/mobile audio shop and do some listening, various speakers will sound different.
