94 limited
I've recently purchased a 1994 limited explorer, but don't know much about them.

I've got a set of Super Swamper 33x125015s will these fit, or do I have to put a lift in the truck to put them on?

you will definatly need a lift to mount those and drive your explorer. theres some guys selling a lift for your generation explorer on parts for sale for a good price. welcome to the site by the way.

thanks

thank you for the info, and the welcome. i will look into a lift.

i plan on using the vehicle for trasport of kayaks, bikes into tough terrain.

Thanks again!!

4" - 6" lift with possible fender trimming. Here is a link to cover tire sizes and required lifts. http://explorerforum.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=67200
You may also want to double check your differential gear ratios, as a limited, you should have the 3.73's with limited slip and that would be sufficient for 33's.

you can do a 3 inch body lift and run 33s if u keep ur the factory wheels and it only rubs the swaybar
