Greetings all. I am new to the forum, but old to the Explorer. I have a 93 XL 4 door, 2wd, automatic, 130k miles, 2nd transmission. I bought it new. The paint is white and copper with orange flames. Interior is stock tan with manual windows. 17" Shelby wheels with Michelin 265/65-17 tires. Black safari rack and push bar.
The only thing I cannot seem to find is a good set of fender flares. I have done the search and do not want the flexy stuff. I have heard that the gen2 flares work, but no confirmation or pics to prove it. The glass fender option is out, for I do not want to have to repaint the flames.
