Alright so things I'm trying to figure out. The first is why exactly when I stop, park, and shut off my st on even the smallest incline it doesn't want to start have to sit and let it crank forever and ever.

i dont know if it has exactly to do with inclines, but when you turn the key to the "on" position can you hear your fuel pump going? when was the last time you changed your fuel filter, and your plugs and wires?

Yea I can hear the fuel pump start , plugs and wires I replaced a couple months back, idk as for the fuel filter

does the fuel pump hum in a consistant way?

Like before I start it? It has a very rough idle sometimes after it takes these troubled times to start and will usually die once or twice before it starts and runs good

Clean you IAC (Idle Air Control) module, MAF (Mass Air Flow) sensor and throttle body, these three things along with changing the fuel filter should solve the problem.

There should be projects on here (do a quick search for these things) or you can find really good project how-to's over on the mysporttrac.com site under the Projects Section.
