Well I own 2004 Explorer and my son has a 1996 Explorer. He had his first and I got my when I retired. They both run good with little problems. My son '96 is not keeping a charge and his air ride light is on. Well I guess I came to the right place for help and glad to be a member.
Did you check the voltage while it was running?
