New to me O1 ST -- timing chain tensioner brand reccomendation?

Hey friends -- I finally found a viable ST; it's an 01 with 150K on the odometer, runs/drives great, and is virtually rust-free (a big selling point). That said, there is a slight tick that I am guessing is probably the timing chain rattling around a bit. I'd like to swap out the front & rear tensioners as a preventative measure, and was wondering whether anyone had particular brands they would recommend (or avoid, for that matter).

I see that someone suggested the Borg Warner hydraulic tensioners were quite good -- that they may even have had stiffer spring tension than the Motorcraft parts. I cannot, however, determine where I can buy Borg Warner tensioners. Any idea whether Advance Auto, Autozone, OReilly's, etc... carry Borg Warner tensioners? If I can't determine with any certainty that it's a Borg Warner, I'll just order the Motorcraft.

I assume the Motorcraft tensioners come with washers and the oil galley plug, no? Or is the latter only in a specific kit? I see it mentioned in the links above in reference to a kit, but not singularly.
