New to me ST and I need a few things....

Just picked up a 2005 XLT the other day and there are a few things that I need to fix.
1-The steering wheel tilt lever is missing. I can't seem to find one on line, is there another vehicle that I could cross reference to fit?
2-The front seat recline lever doesn't work. Doesn't move at all. Anyone else experience this?
3-The arm rest....yep, broken hinge and base. What's the best rout to go on repair/replacement?

2. Maybe broken. Think I read that the whole plastic side needs replaced- even for the lever. Junk yard?

3. Junk yard will be cheapest or buy new. They can be re covered if you find a decent used base- make sure to grab the hinge
