New to the explorer life

hey guys!

I just bought a 2013 explorer XLT yesterday. It's silver with chrome moulding. I'm not a fan of the chrome so I want to either paint it black or get aftermarket parts. If anyone has any threads that they could send me pertaining to my questions it would be great!
