ok guys i just bought a 91 explorer last week as a daily driver and a good truck for in the the snow its like new on the inside and not too bad on the out side i will post photos tomorrow i only paid $900 for it i really wanna do a safari rack for the spare tire but other than that im looking to your guys for what to do to it id really like to improve the gas mileage a little so whats with exhausts and intakes on these and any other good ideas i do come from a good back ground with cars and trucks i own a 2000 ford lightning and a 88 notch back mustang that im building a svo motor for with is up to 650 rwhp now so let me know what i should buy thanks for the help manny
 












Welcome! Yeah i agree with little x.. but no biggie. Well you could start by checking your air filter. a dirty filter will greatly constrict air intake and result in poor performance. you might want to change all the fluids, because who knows when they last were changed. Since its a 91 id say pull the spark plugs, and check for wear and tear; and probably replace those, along with the wires.

air filter
and fluids
maybe clean the MAF aswell
