i had a new transmission put in about 1000 miles ago or about 3 weeks ago. you know after getting you truck nice and warm how when you shut it off the heat makes all metal click, knock, tick, crackle, all sorts of little noises. well after like 1 minute of having my truck on it starts to make a little knock noise from like the tranny of exhaust about every 30 seconds or so. but only for a split second, like little tick but its a tiny bit louder than average. then when my truck in warm completely is doesnt do it, then when i shut it off it makes the little crackles and all and then every like 30 seconds it makes like little louder tick for a split second. After truck is comepletely cold it stops. Think its just new tranny being itself and settling and all, or doesnt it not sound like it should be doing that. If its a problem should i wait til closer to end of warranty or should i do something now. btw the weather around me has been a little colder than the first couple days i had it in.
