Welcome to the site!

Just curious, is the 320 hp referring to your Explorer?:D

Glad you found us and thanks for saying "hey." Be sure to throw some pics up especially if your X has 320 hp!!;)

Happy postin'!:)

right now its running at 326hp but i want the tru-rev air flow system. i think it will give me more power. its not bad for a 4.0 v6.

are you sure the trans can hold up to that power? You gotta have some serious mods to achieve those #'s. Im with aldive on this one, i'd like to find out what ya did. thanks

Um, ya. I'm one of the fastest 4.0's on this board and I'm only pushing about 270 at the crank, though I've got 65 more ponies in the bottle :D

Your 4.0's running at 326hp and you don't even have a CAI?

yes it's at 326hp. a custom forced air induction setup and a reprogramed efi gave me a lot of the power. remember power doesn't equal speed. mine will only go about 120mph. but my tire will blow at 99mph. So far the tranny and the transfer case have held. i do alot of serious off roading, towing and drag racing on the tranny. for being an automatic i'm surprised it has acctally held up. If it does die i want a six speed auto.

could you please post on how (specifically - ie: materials/parts/pics/installation/routing) you achieved your hp performance numbers, i know i would love to have more power and it would seem you have really hit on something here. also how can i measure my hp's to chart my progress?

I'd also like to know exactly what mods you've done. If you could list parts and costs that would be great! Also, did you get these numbers from a dyno? Pics would help too.

I know we may all be a bit annoying, but most of us want the most out of our trucks, and 320hp is a lot if it is true.

i used the dyno. i have 3 built cars for streetracing and having access to a dyno is a must. give me a while and i'll post pics and a price list. I'm a college kid, mechanic for fun. and assitant manager at McDonalds. I'm a very busy person.

i have pics but olded ones. If i can i'll post them and then change them.

320?!?!

That's a monster! I gotta check out this mod list...
