Newbie from Valencia - Spain

Hello ...

I'm Fran from Valencia, Spain. I just purchased a Ford Explorer '00 XLT V6. I love this car, I'm in love.

I lift 3" body lift, I already have in my house and also want to install a suspension lift from Superlift, but that will come later, I have problems with the shipment.

I have a 2004 Explorer and the cabin air mode baffles (coontrols which vents the air comes out of) are stuck on one setting. Does anybody have an idea what the problem might be? The vents are not clogged and the fuze is OK.
