1990 Jeep YJ
Hey. Newbie here. Just thought I'd introduce myself. I went wheeling a few time w/ sk1er17 and Webster3, so I thought I'd register here.

I'm in Central NJ and usually wheel in the pine barrens. Still haven't tried Paragon yet...Hopefully sometime soon

My rig is a 1990 Jeep YJ

It's got the 2.5L 5spd. I have a 2.5" rancho susp. lift and 31x10.50" BFG ATs on 15x7" AR767s. Future plans include an 8.8 rearend and 35s.

Welcome to the site, theres a run going to Paragon on the 28th of this month. Look it up in the club runs section.

nice looking jeeps... and welcome to the site... you are a real jeeper that didnt join to harass us explorer people... you may very well set a new standard for so called "jeep owners" -- and thats a good thing :)

Welcome to the site.. Atleast if you plan on going with a 8.8 in the rear you'll something thats made by Ford.. Hopefully we'll see you out on the trails..

8.8? My buddy has a 9 inch in his YJ. Good plans! Find one from a X with the disc brakes and you'd be set.

Jeepers aren't welcome here.

Just kidding :D welcome to the site, there is a lot more than just Explorer things going on. Don't be a stranger.

Thanks for the compliments.

If anyone from the NJ/PA/NY area ever wants to go wheelin' shoot me an e-mail or pm. I'd love to go.

Just found this pic, forgot about it. Thought you guys might enjoy it more than the others...

How well does that 2.5 turn those 31's? my buddy has a 95 YJ with the 2.5, and has 33's that hes too scared to put on LOL

The 4banger turns the 31s fine. I've got 4:10s(stock). I was told that 31" is the biggest you can go w/o loosing 5th gear. For me, that wasn't an option, since it's my DD. Of course, you could regear for bigger tires, but I don't want to put any $$$ into that D35.
