Newbie question...

I know that all of you experienced guys hate to hear this kind of question but I'm hoping for some good information on modifications for my stock '96 4.0.

Just some information for you all: like I said, it's bone stock, and to describe it's use, it's a daily driver with the occasional mild off road adventure. The previous owners never got if off of the pavement. It's got a new set of Michelin LTX's on it so I'm not looking to go with different tires, for now.

What are some good, beginning, performance/appearance/offroad, mods that I can do to my ride to give it more "personality," for lack of a better term?

torsion twist, add-a-leaf, new shocks to start. then you can get into the engine, kkm filter system, chip, etc...

Sorry about my lack of knowledge but I know alot about LS1 Camaro's and nothing about my Explorer. What is Torsion twist and add-a-leaf. I'd do a search but don't have time right now. I can look it up later if no one responds.
