Hi,
1997 Explorer Sport,4.0 ohv, 5 speed manual, 44k. Hard to shift especially when cold. Changed trans fluid at jiffy lube, not much difference.Anyone tried synthetics or the purple stuff and can you reccomend a way to pump fresh fluid at home?
Seat lever on drivers side broke off, very uncomfortable. recomend any replacements?
Wipers are sometimes erratic at certain mist settings.
During the summer after driving, turning off (going into a store) and restarting the idle drops very low or dies???
Feeling some slight vibration through wheel, changed wheel bearing and felt the lower ball joints had a bit more play than they should.
Its been a great ride, purchased new and low miles and I like to do as much of the work myself. All help is appreciated. Spectra18
