Newbie with a stripped '97 Explorer XL!

Hello/ I recently purchased a 1997 Explorer XL 4DR with 131,000 miles on it. I have previously owned another Explorer, but I never knew they made them as stripped as the one I got-- It has crank-down windows, no power locks, no cruise, a basic radio, no roof rack, and a 5-speed manual transmission (which is the main reason I got it). I love it! I prefer the basic models since there is less to break down, and I like the manual tranny since it gives a bit more pep. Since I am new to this forum, can anyone advise which section would be best to ask maintenance-type questions on? Also, what would be the best for asking audio/stereo type questions on? I wish my 97 xlt was basic like yours. Problem with my elec. windows. The power locks are a pain in the a-- , one door now will not open. Plenty of helpful people on this site. But like rino said spend some time browsing around. Good Luck
