- 1997 Ford Ranger XLT
My name is John and I am new to this forum. Thank you for the opportunity to join you.
I am an 80 year old dude and bought my 97 Ranger XLT a couple of years ago. I enjoy tooling around in it because it is red, has oversized tires and chrome wheels and looks great! But, it is a working vehicle and I use it for hauling light loads for friends and family.
It's not likely I will be spending much time under the hood or 4-wheeling but I joined this forum to learn. I'm sure this forum can provide a whole lot of information about can go wrong, how to anticipate and budget for repairs and what I can be doing to get the most pleasure, life and service out of my Ranger.
Thank you.
