- 2005 explorer xlt
hi all. im new to this forum.i live in the seattle area and own an 2005 explorer xlt with rsc. it has a 4.0 vr with an , well, rather embarrasing transmission that has problems since it came out. the tranny is new with less than 5000 miles. it just seems sluggish in reverse and hesitates when slowing down and coming into turns. other than the tranny, i like my explorer. will post a pic soon.
