I bot this penshaped device that has fiberglass fiber inserts that extend from the tip and are used to sand fine scratches etc. Unfortunately I ran out of inserts after all these years and cannot find the manufacturer etc on the internet. I have found people recommending it on the internet, but no place to buy it. I have been to AutoZone and they do not carry it. Since you can use this to sand one paint layer at a time within a very small area it is really a fantastic tool.

I have one. Works great. I have not seen them for sale for quite a long time though.
