No access to left rear window motor

I am unable to determine the best way to remove and replace the left rear window motor in a 1994 Explorer XLT. My Haynes Manual is no help, and I can't find a schematic of the rear door on the internet. I do not want to get creative pulling the door apart if somebody knows the best way to swap the motor. (I understand the window motor system, a front window motor takes me fifteen minutes to replace.)

Bottom line: What is the best way to remove the left rear window motor, and where do I need to drill access holes?
