I have a 03 Mounty. I can't get any air flow control to work I when I use my selector buttons on the control panel. I can hear the vacuum control box click when I cycle between various selections. I have disconnected the vacuum actuator from the center distribution box door to secure the door to full open so I can get air flow out my vents. I found the gray vacuum line that goes to the engine which supplies the vacuum. I disconnected the line from the control box and with the engine running I put my finger on the end of the line but felt no suction. This tells me I have no vacuum from the engine which could be my problem ??
