Hi everybody,

For a couple of month, I don't feel any airflow (fresh or hot) coming out from the central openings (neither from the passenger and driver vents).

Precision: the airflow from footwells and windshields are fine.

Any idea ?

Thanks in advance !

Either one of your vacuum tubes came loose or you could be like me and the arm that attaches to the directional control broke off.

Look under the glove box; it's real easy just press the sides in and pull it down; look upwards and towards the controller and turn the directional airflow. You should see a metal arm moving around independantly. That arm should be attached to a plastic piece that controls the airflow.

A temporary solution is to move the arm yourself into the postion you would want it on.

Hi,

You were very close to the problem knifoon, thanks for the tip !

Apparently, the directional control fails. I disconnect the arm and was able to set it up to the right position.

Now the question is: should I change the directional control (the one that set the position between the windshield or the central airflow) ? How can I be sure that this is this particular part that fails ? Is there any fuse to check before ?

Thanks in advance !
F.
