Have you checked the fuses? They are listed in the Owner's Manual.
Does the turn signal not cancel for both R and L turns?

I had the same problem with a 2014 Police interceptor sedan AND from Ford directly after fiddling with it for a while, all fuses were fine, problem found in a part of the BCM as the direct wiring to the brake lights have no fuse and the transistor that controls the brake part of the lighting can die and then it needs a BCM replacement BUT what I did is I purchased a set of LED square lights that I inserted into the each tail light and connected the wires directly to the center brake light so it did not bother the turn signal part of the system.
That is the costless solution that I found as the other BCM that I got could not be reprogrammed.
