Hey guys,

I was attempting to put in a radio ... Come to find out I am having massive issues, in which I've been trying to pin down.

Well, The switched +12v works, The constant is dead.

If I backfeed power to the orange/black dimming wire, using the switched yellow/black(Which also runs to the light switch) the interior lights work, won't go off, and the chime works,

If I back feed power into the constant +12. green/yellow, same thing. I see no shorts between the green/yellow, and the orange and black.

Antoher thing, If I back feed power, I can move the light switch into the dome on click, and I do see a blip in the light,

If I open the door, the chime works, close it it goes off. Bad light switch?

Why don't I have constant +12v at the green/yellow? the fuses are fine...

It's not the switch I replaced it.

OK something more different, the green/rellow constant, is switched, and the yellow black switched is dead. But with the lights on I back feed the orange/black into the yellow/black. something in teh back of the truck hums weird. like an electronic locking in the tailgate.

This can't be either, I wish I had a meter.... LOL... Ohkay, when I supply power to the yellow/black,on the back of the radio, which runs to the light switch I know for one.... my interior lights come on, and the door chime works, Why?
